Metro Prosthetics

Medical Professionals

Founded in 1977, Metro is staffed with Board Certified prosthetists and orthotists who place patient satisfaction first. For 35 years, we’ve treated patients like family by providing industry leading patient care. We take patient satisfaction and outcomes very seriously. In fact, if a patient is unable to come to our offices, we are licensed to go to their homes to deliver the care they need.

Metro Prosthetics provides comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic care, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and custom orthotic and prosthetic solutions matched to individual needs.

Patient satisfaction is our goal, and we strive to work closely with medical professionals in delivering optimal outcomes.

Continuity of Care

At Metro, we know that good long-term patient/physician relationships equal better outcomes. We think it's important to nurture the same model. Through intentionally building long-term relationships, we strive to provide the best continual comprehensive understanding and associated service to meet our customers' needs. This approach drives our personalized service. Our customers will not have a "big corporation" experience, such as sitting in waiting rooms and having to explain the same scenario to a new person at each visit. Instead, they be be greeted by the same professional each time, who knows and follows their history, in order to provide the best service, solutions, and outcomes. We believe that this continuity of care is one more reason that we are able to make sure that each of our customers get the best possible attention and care, at every step.

In-Service Training

We understand that clinicians and staff need to stay up-to-date on the latest practices and technologies in order to continue to achieve the best possible patient outcomes over time. When it comes to patient management and new/changing technologies in prostheses and orthoses, Metro understands the importance of continuing education and training. As we continue to learn and educate ourselves, we share our knowledge with other health care professionals.

Metro is experienced in providing quality in-service training to health care providers, including case-managers, physical therapists, and medical staff.
